| TC bimetallic triple pole
overload relays provide complete motor protection under varies
conditions. They fully comply with the IEC specification 947 and IS :
13947. ( Part IV ) TC overload relays have been provided with a differential tripping system which not only ensures tripping under single phasing but also under unbalanced voltage conditions. The sensitive differential system ensures positive protection of the motor under single phase conditions. TC bimetal overload relays are ambient temperature compensated. These relays are manual reset type with trip indicator. A very wide range of direct acting relays upto 80A are available. Relays above 105A are CT operated. Relays upto 63A are suitable for mounting directly on the contractors. Relays above 63A are to be mounted separately. A special mounting block is available if relays below 63A are needed to be mounted separately. CONTROL RELAYS : Control relays type CA2DN have been specially designed to meet the most intricate industrial applications - all in accordance with IEC specifications 947-5 and IS : 13947. The basic relay consists of four poles available with three separate contact arrangements 4 NO, 2 NO + 2 NC or 3 NO + 1 NC. A Complete Pneumatic Timer : TC pneumatic time delay contact block can also be mounted on the control relays. The CA2DN control relays with the TC time delay contact block not only provides a very high level of repeat accuracy of + 5% but, also reduced panel area. In addition, four instantaneous contacts on the control relay will be available in addition to 1 NO + 1 NC, time delay contacts. A Wide Range of Coils : The TC control relays are available with coils suitable both for AC/DC supply (without the economy resistance). The control relays are suitable for rated operational voltage of 660V. For the AC coil, the coil consumption inrush/sealed is only 70/8VA. LATCH ADD-ON BLOCK ( LA6-DK01 ) : Control Circuit of the LA6-DK latch block and control relay must not be energized simultaneously (control circuit must be designed to prevent this). This memory block is of the mechanical latch type and is used for remote electrical delatching which can be either pulsed (min. 10 m sec.) or maintained (auto cut of after 15 m sec. by integral contact). |
