| FEATURES Complies with IEC 947 - 3 / IS 13947 Part 3 / ASTA approved. Wide range - 32A to 800A, 660V 6 Ratings in DIN & 8 Ratings in BS Pattern High Fused short circuit capacity : up to 100 KA. One to four pole switches Single, double, three & four pole switches (four pole with either three or four fuses) are available for all standards. Thus space saving in installations, e.g. DC-network can be realized. Three pole switch fuse with fourth pole load break switch is being provided Double Break - increased safety : Each Pole has two load break switches to complete isolate both ends of the fuses. No Movement of Fuses / long life : Stationery fuses with double break arrangement ensure long mechanical & electrical life of Switch Fuses. The fuse also does not run the risk of getting popped out due to shock of movement. Compact size / space saving in panels, MCC's & DB's - As a result of patented contact construction & the quick make, quick break mechanism, the switch fuses are very compact. Visible Contacts - Meets additional safety requirement. Positive opening operation of contacts is visible from 200A to 800A ratings. Auxiliary Contacts Upto 6 nos. of Aux. Contacts can be offered depending on rating of the Unit. The Aux. contacts break before the main contacts open. Terminal Shrouds Standard fittings for shrouding incoming live terminals are available for different ratings. Enclosures Elegantly finished after an exhaustive surface treatment, suitable enclosures are available for all ratings for switch fuse units as well as change over switch fuse units. Changeover Switches A unique and absolutely reliable (Single handle operated) design facilities ease of operation and dispenses with the need for using Castle locks, or other similar arrangements. The mechanism is so designed that it can take only three distinct positions corresponding to either of the switches " ON " or both the switches in " OFF " condition. Safety is thus guaranteed. The mechanism length can be adjusted to allow the distances between the switches to be varied. The attachment levers are provided with continual holes. The switches interlocked can be placed one below the other or side by side. Side operated Switches For draw-outs in narrow form and for panels requiring side mounted handles, side operated switch fuse versions are available in size 32A, 63A & 125A (DIN & BS-pattern) with auxiliary contacts 2No+2NC (optional).
